dmercer	posted on October 21, 2001 12:41:00 AM new A friend of mine is looking for a web based bulletin board system and asked me what software I prefer. I've always liked the way the Message Center here at AW works. Can you tell me what software the message center uses? I 'think' it's UBB from InfoPop due to being able to use the UBB codes. Just highly customized. Am I right?

The Mustang forum I post on uses this forum software and I've found it much better and easier to use than the Message Center.....the main plusses for me are the ability to preview my posts (cuts way down on editing) and the extensive user customization options. Take a look here and see what you think... BTW, most of the forums I post on (about 10 at last count) have some permutation of UBB in their markups...some are infopop, some aren't...
