Any idea when you are going to add post sale support for dutch auctions as this is how most powersellers list and they are yours and ebays best customers. Bob
Dutch auction support is something that we are working on implementing, and we do hope to have it available shortly. We realize that it is an important feature for our high-volume sellers. We thank you for your patience while we continue to make improvements to our seller tools!

I launched my first set of Dutch auctions and low and behold...No support. This wasn't stated anywhere when I signed up for Auctionwatch., and yet I must pay for the service...FOR WHAT. I can launch the auction myself, I sure auctionwatch for post sale mangement. If I'm not getting that, then Auctionwatch is not doing there job of providing support to sellers.
You say that support is on its way... How about less ambiguity and give us some dates, or make dutch auctions free, cause thats what they are worth!

i have been asking for this for about a year. nothing has been done. every other service offers this. it's a must for most auction sellers. i have seen many requests on these boards and the answer is always the same.
i like many things about AW.. what I don't like gets me very frustrated.
AW.. if you want the big sellers.. you have to do DUTCH!!
