In response to user requests to view received and outbound messages in a larger text area, Customer Manager now supports multiple ways to view your messages. When you change to the Tabbed View Composer, you will be able to view your received and outbound messages separately in a wider view area. You can even choose to initially view the received or the outbound text when you open the message.
To change to the Tabbed View Composer:
- Go to "Customer Manager Settings" under the "My Account" tab
- Set the Composer Mode to "Use tabbed view Composer"
- Save changes.
