What is a normal delay for sent mail to reach its destination? I have cc'd to my personal address and after about 10-15 minutes the message still was not rec'd/ I have tested my personal email and it is not the problem.

Hello,

Mail to your personal address could not be sent because of an error in the setup of your mail domain. Please check with your service provider; it seems that there is a typo in the MX (mail exchange) record for your domain, where a dot was entered instead of a dash.

You can verify this at http://network-tools.com/; enter the email address, check E-mail Validation and click Submit.
