I am looking at your mail manager - my question is - can we set it up to act like an autoresponder. IE - someone emails us - they instantly get a response from us? Is this a function that is available?

Hello,

To set up Auto Response for your account, please click on the My Account tab and then on the Auto Response link inside the Customer Manager Preferences group.
