Has anyone else using customer manager had any problems with people receiving emails?
In the last couple of weeks I have had lots of buyers/potential buyers complain that I have not responded to their emails or claim not to have received email from me or.
I am not referring to the automated emails. I know that it could just be these particular folk but want to be sure that it's not a problem with customer manager.
