I looked at the trial and decided it is not for me. How do I cancel my trial so I will not be charged at the end of the two weeks?

Hello splashpage,
Under the Customer Manger free trial plan, which has no fees associated with it when it has come to the end of the free trial, you will be required to select a payment plan before continuing with our services. If you do not select a payment plan, you will not be charged anything.
You also can discontinue this service by going to My Accounts -> My Payment Plans -> Customer Manager See other plans -> Scroll to the bottom of the page where it states discontinue your plan.
