How can I delete email from my customer manager in vendio? It lets me move it around but it stays there forever. I really need to delete some of this.
You can delete the emails by selecting them, hitting No Reply, then confirming the No Reply once more. The emails will then disappear from your Customer Manager.

I agree. I have only been signed up for two days, but this is one of the most cumbersome email programs I have encountered.
There should be a simple DELETE button. But even then, it has to go to the web and back before anything happens.
It would be very nice if you could simply download the mail to your own computer (perhaps while leaving it on the server) so you could move it or manipulate it quickly and as you choose.

My original impression of the Customer Manager was that it was not intuitive but I have since changed my opinion after using it for about one month. I understand your desire for delete buttons and local download capability, but as a business person I like that fact that everything is hosted on Vendios servers. Have you ever had a computer meltdown. If so you'll be happy to know that your inventory items and images are stored safely, remotely. I believe the same can be said for Vendio's Customer Man. becuase you'll need a place that is safe. Corporate backup and redundant systems are excellent these day. I trust Vendio with my data. AHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA! I found the DELETE BUTTON! It was hidden behind the NO REPLY button. Guess I should have read the forums before trying to use customer manager.
Now then, aren't there legal reasons that one might want to hang on to correspondence between seller and customer? Why delete all the mail that I don't want to respond to?

"No reply" doesn't do anything.....it's totally useless. It doesn't block the sender from sending me more useless email, it creates MORE WORK for me. I have to got to BULK MAIL, click on all the email individually, then click no reply, then confirm my choice, and then it PRETENDS to do away....Problem is the sender isn't blocked, and after 30 days, his email gets routed to my incoming mail box again...what a waste of time!

Hello, msjudyholmes - note that you can apply a filter rule to a specific email address or domain, that will automatically no-reply the message to avoid having the message remain in your bulk mail folder.
