I have imported customer list from sales manager, and I wish to use customer manager as email newsletter for promoting my new products to old cusotmers. However when I composed a email and trying to send to all customers on my cusotmer's email address book, it need to click on the small boxes To: CC: or BCC: beside the email address one by one, is there anyway to send an email that can include all the email address on the address book in one time?
I am currently using intro plan, it includes 200 free emails. If I send an email to include all email address in my cusotmer email address book in one time, does it count as one email?

If you go to Mailing Lists in Customer Manager you can set up a mailing list easily. After you click on 'Add' and the pop up appears, above the row of checkmark boxes should be one checkmark box in the header section. Click on that to select all. Regarding your second inquiry -- sending an email to include everyone in your address book will count as the same number of emails as people in that email. So if you made a mailing list of 20 people and sent out one email to that list, it will count as 20.
