Hi. Just signed up for Customer Manager today and clicked the button to import customer transactions and data. That was about six hours ago. I know it says it can take up to 24 hours to complete, but how long does it really take on average? Thanks. Marshall

Hi Marshall,
as we speak, the customer import must be finished, as you have several hundreads customers already imported.
To answer your question: depending on how many users sign for this service, how many users are asking simultaneously to import their customers list, and the size of those customer lists, the import may complete in one hour to one day.
