Hi. How do I program my responses so they are paragraphed? I have twice saved a response with paragraphs, but it comes back as a single block of text when I insert it into an outgoing message.
Does HTML do the trick or what? Seems as if the response function is not such a time saver if I have to go in and manually insert paragraphs. Hope I'm just not understanding and there is a way to do it.
Speaking of which, the Help and How-To for Customer Manager really is way to rudimentary and sparse for a program with all the ins and outs of this one. The program is awfully demanding of time and has a pretty steep trial-and-error learning curve.

Hello Marshall,
If you have selected HTML as the Message Mode of your outgoing messages, please use HTML code for the responses.
In this case, please enter a <P> whenever you want to start a new paragraph; the formatting will thus be preserved when the response is inserted into the message.
