Hi again, and another question: Where are my notifications of payments to my PayPal account? Those are what I have always used as a trigger to go into Sales Manager and print out a shipping notice.
I signed up for Customer Manager a couple of days ago, and I have not seen a single alert from PayPal. When I went into my PP account just now, though, I see that I have had nine payments!
We always ship the day after receiving a payment, so these items will be late, by our standards.
It's true that the little payment box has been checked off in the paid-for auctions, but that is hardly a sufficient alert. Where do the PayPal notifications go after they check off the Sales Manager box?
I very much want to be able to see the PayPal email, to print it out and to file it in its own folder.

Hi Marshall,
I apologize for the delay in my response to your post. Do you have Instant Payment Notification in PayPal turned on? Please follow the directions located here to turn it on so that your PayPal notifications of payment will record in Post Sale.

Hi Sonya. That's not the problem. Notification is turned on and it works, checking off the box in Sales Manager. What I want is the actual email from PayPal that tells me when someone has paid. That is what I print out and what triggers my paperwork (yes, I still keep track of sales on paper!) Thanks. Marshall

Hi Marshall,
I would recommend that you contact PayPal regarding this email alert. I see that you have your Vendio email address stored for PayPal in Global Preferences so as long as that email address is stored and confirmed in PayPal, you should be receiving these notices.
