I just received two or three e-mails that I wanted to keep. After I read them, they all disappeared. Any clue who took them?
Ok, so I just did an experiment with the four remaining e-mails in my boxes. I selected all of them and hit "No Reply". Is that code for "Delete Permanently"? Regardless, somebody took those four messages too and I now have no e-mails in my box.

Okay, so from the other post I made, it's obvious that I figured out why my messages were taken from me, but can somebody do something about it? I only had about 6 messages, but could I get them back, please? I would never have guessed that "No Reply" meant delete.
If you go to Search you can select 'Not Categorized' from the Responses box, perform a search, and your emails you 'No Replied' should appear. Let me know if you have trouble with this.

I will do that, but I must comment that this e-mail system is very non-intuitive. Everytime I respond to an e-mail, it disappears, which is frightning to me. Even a confirmation dialog or something to that effect that said "This message has been moved to the Uncategorized category" or "This e-mail has been associated with the record of [XXXX] customer".
