All of my auctions, showing my old addy, have ended.
I emailed all of my customers informing them I have changed my email address.
I forwarded all of the emails in folders to my new address.
Monday I will be canceling CM and going back to my old email addy.
Question:
I have hundreds of emails I have responded to in the CM never-never land.
Will I still have access to these records after I cancel CM? If not, how can I transfer these to my new (old) email after they have been "Processed".
How can I save my customer info? Vendio will not allow these to be copied & pasted (I tried C&P. I get an "Illegal operation has occurred and program will shut down" error)
I have been paying 3.95 per mo to have these records. I would like to be able to keep them in MY files.

Hi Deb,
I apologize for the delay but I have heard back on this. We keep the accounts active for 30 days so you'll be able to access it and get all pertinent information after ending your CM subscription. Copy Paste will work, if you are having trouble it must be related to your browser. Try quitting everything other than your browser, then do Copy/paste again.
