PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix my default addy NOW
I canceled my Customer Manager account & TRIED to changed my default email address. I get a message telling me a confirmation code has been sent to my addy..... enter code here.....
I AM NOT receiving am email from you on my primary address nor on my secondary addy. I cannot change my addy without this code & that means I cannot list any new auctions!!!!!!!
My now non-existent Vendio address keeps showing up as my default address when I try to launch & it shows PayPal Payments to be made to the Vendio addy.
You need to go to My Account > Global Preferences and change the email address there for PayPal to the one you want to use, rather than the Vendio one.
Your email address in Personal Information is verified. It is not your Vendio email address.
If you go to My Account > Post Sale Acceleration and deselect "Generate WBN emails using your Post-Sale Acceleration email ID as the 'from' address" under WBN display, this will cause WBNs to generate from your primary email address on file with us.
If there is any place it is showing that I did not cover, please let me know.
