I think the miniscule number of posts in this forum, compared with the large total for any of the other Vendio services, will give you your answer. I think a lot of us have tried Customer Manager and decided it was a complicated solution to a nonexistent problem. But I could be wrong. I'd love to hear from others who find it useful. Marshall

I used the 2-week trial and it is useful. However, it's not something I couldn't already do for free. Using filters and webmail, I could do the same things. At almost $3/mo, I don't consider it a value.
I use the product and actually love it. I use the mailing list feature, the transaction history feature etc.
One thing i agree is that its a little complicated and they force you to use <youname>@vendio.com email Id for mailing lists. I would want to use my own email Id for sending emails out the same way post sale management emails does.

I have used Vendio's CRM with limited success. I like the idea of having everything tightly integrated (Sales Mgr, emails, etc.); however, Vendio's solution is not quite there. Some of the serious short-comings with Vendio's CRM include:
* Difficult navigating in tiny windows
* Filtering is non-intuitive and cumbersome
* System-generated email notifications (WBN, shipment, etc.) do not appear in the customer history listing
* The email search feature is very limited
* Unable to export customer names & addresses to a file (for use in newsletter publications, etc.)
