To Whom It May Concern:

Why do my images are deleted after a month or so...if they're not viewed? Is there any way I can set a time limit on when they should be deleted--if not viewed???!

Please help me. I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

Dear Lindsay,

The default for image deletion is 45 days if they are not being used. You can extend this to 90 days under My Account -> Global Preferences (at the very bottom of the page.)

Thanks,

Diana

Dear Diana,

I appreciate you answering so soon. However, by extending the limit time for images to 90 days would require payment? Doesn't it? I was wondering if it was possible to do that free of charge?! Hrmm.

Thank you for the feedback.

Hi there,

There is no charge to extend the preference from 45 to 90 days - standard images receive a charge when they are used (and they will not receive a charge if you are using Sales Manager to list) but there is no storage charge for them.

Thanks,

Diana

Auto-archive is for closed listings - after 12 weeks your closed listings will be archived and removed from your closed list. You can set this to a shorter time interval under My Account -> Global Preferences. Once a listing is archived, it cannot be restored, so if you have items that you think you might want to save, I would recommned using the 'save to inventory' feature.

Thanks,

Diana
