Hi. I had one of my WBN copies show up in Bulk Mail today. Cannot bulk mail preferences be set globally at Vendio to exclude Vendio-to-Vendio copies and communications? If we have indicated we want vendio to forward a copy of certain communications to us, that automatically means it is requested, not bulk, mail. Thanks.

I didn't see the email in your bulk folder. I also didn't see any filters set up. If you're getting this invoice or notice from us, please save it when it happens again. We'll be able to view it and investigate further.

Hi. You don't see it because I clicked on "this is not bulk mail" button, and then moved it from active inbox it to my WBNs folder. It is there now as the most recent entry.

My point is that we shouldn't have to set anything special up to keep vendio-to-vendio communications out of bulk mail, and if I have requested copies of my WBNs it should not surprise you that I have not set up a filter to shunt them to the bulk mail bin! Vendio needs to check its own filters for its own stuff as a CM glitch. I doubt you want your program to be sending your communications to our bulk mail inboxes

Hi there,

We've checked into this, and in your CM your 'passedtothepresent' email address had been on the block list - this is why the WBN copy went to bulk. I'm not sure when this happened, but it was corrected when you clicked the 'this is not bulk mail' button. It's possible that maybe the 'block' button was clicked accidentally when you were viewing one of your WBN copies. You should be all set now, so please let us know if you have any further trouble with this.

Thanks,

Diana

Hi Diana. I only handle WBNs one way. I click in the check mark to the left and move it to my folder "WBNs" without opening them. I got 2 WBNs back to back but arriving separately--one arrived in my inbox and was transferred to my WBN folder without incident, and the next arrived in bulk mail. There were no accidents in this case on my end as you have suggested. The proof of that is that the prior WBN would have been bumped into Bulk Mail (not my WBN folder) if I had accidentlly clicked the "block" button instead of the "move" button, and I would have had to retrieve both of them out of block mail, not just the second one. If there were any blocks on my WBN category your software malfunctioned--and that is why I wrote.
