Hi. I won an item tonight on ebay and the end of auction notice and bid confirmation notices arrived in my CM inbox looking like this:

=?ISO-8859-1?B?ZUJheSBJdGVtIFdvbiEgTG90IHZpbnRhZ2UgYmFieSBkcmVzcyBw?= =?ISO-8859-1?B?YXR0ZXJucy1NY0NhbGw/cyxldGMgKEl0ZW0gIzMyNjk [email protected] 01/29/04 18:14 PM

=?ISO-8859-1?B?ZUJheSBCaWQgQ29uZmlybWVkOiBMb3QgdmludGFnZSBiYWJ5IGRyZXM=?= =?ISO-8859-1?B?cyBwYXR0ZXJucy1NY0NhbGw/cyxldGMgKEl0ZW0 [email protected] 01

The content of the message seems to be okay for the end of auction notice which is the only one I really need. I have left them in my CM inbox for you to look at. My recent launch notices are in English, thank goodness.

This would be a major problem if it was with my sales data. Have you been able to find the problem here? I can't afford to have my sales transactions arriving in computer jibberish. Thanks!

Hi. Should I post this somewhere else or will someone be getting back with me on this? It would be nice to get this stuff out of my inbox. Thanks.

Hello,

What is the title of this message in your Customer Manager, so we can take a look at it for you?

Hi. Christopher. Please reread my post content and then go and look at my CM inbox. Thank you.

Hello,

My apologies, I missed the reference to these showing as the incoming subject Vs showing up within the message itself and appearing alongside the rest of your 'normal' appearing email.

We would suggest contacting eBay to ask why they were sent with this as the subject line, as there is no technology on the Vendio side that has the ability to edit or alter the subject line in any way from how it was sent to you in the first place.

Regards,
Christopher
