I can't quite figure out how to file my customer emails to my files. If I have to reply to a message there is no problem...the email goes directly into my customer file BUT how do I file notifications of sales, payments etc

Hi there,
I'm not sure if you mean you want to file the actual emails, or the email addresses of your customers. If you want to file the email address of a customer before you reply to a message, copy the email address then click Customers, New, and paste in the email address.
Please let me know if this does not answer your question.

I want to file my emails into my customer files...for example if I have a question from customer and I reply to it...the email goes automatically into my customer file OR if I reply to any email regarding a sale that email gets filed into my customer file BUT if I get an congratulations email from E-Bay regarding a sale...I have no way to file it. If I hit no reply it disappears into my sent files....I want to file these into a customer file SO THAT I have all my emails regarding that customer in one file.
