I just signed up for Customer Manager and have received a couple of emails. I noticed whenever there's a link in the email, since I view it in response mode, I am unable to click on the link and go there. Instead I have to copy and paste it into a browser address line.
Is there a way to view the incoming emails so I can actually USE any links the emails might contain? Not being able to use this feature is a REAL PAIN.
This is most likely related to the browser you are using. Please review your browser settings and make sure you have it set up to display links as clickable so that you can click on your links, and not have to copy/paste to a new window.
Not to be disrespectful, but please don't insult my intelligence. May I suggest you check this out for yourself? The links don't work because they appear in a text box field that allows me to reply to the email. This is a feature that is advertised as a benefit of using your Customer Manager but it's makes it impossible to use any links. I use IE 6.0 and have upgraded with all the newest service packs, it's not my browser.
Now, after you check it out, can you please let me know if there is another way to view my incoming email so that links do work?

Sorry for the confusion. There are two modes in which you can view the Income Email. You can view the email in the "Outbound Message tab" or the "Received Message tab". If you are in the Outbound Message mode you can't click this link. However, you have two choices that are easy to get around this problem. You can set the preferences to launch your customer manager in the "Received Message Tab" so these links are in a clickable format for your browser or you can (from the Outbound Message screen) click the tab that takes you to the received message and then click the link.
