If I click on the No Response button, does it delete the incoming email?

If so, do I use the Save button to keep it even if I don't want to respond?

And if so, where does it get saved?

Hello,

If you are applying 'no reply' to an email, it deletes it from your customer manager. You can view it though if you go to Search and perform a search for emails that had 'no reply' assigned to them.

what do mean by that.In other words how do I search for deleted e-mails especially if I don't remember the subject or other keywords that would allow me to perform a search.

Hello,

In your Customer Manager tab, there is a search link to your left. Select 'not categorized' in the responses box (this is assuming you did not categorize your deleted emails, as 'not categorized' is the default). Pick the dates you wish to search. Any emails that you No Reply and left as 'not categorized' should appear.

Regards,

Sonya
