When I try to click on a link in my e-mail, it does not work. I either just get the mouse line, or the cross or sometimes when I click I get a box around the link.
Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
