Help My orange tab says there are massages. When i hit the inbox im told there are no message.It has been 2 days,and i've had several auctions close and several paypal payments come in.I email vendio and hours later they tell me to check my filters.which of course i have done.Is anyone else having this problem.Also i cant open up postsales.I get a message telling me there has been a fatal error and to try later. HELP. andy
You have a filter set up to send payments to this inbox -- 'payment-rec'. If you go to your Customer Manager tab, you'll see that its highlighted in your inbox. Please click on it to see your message.
I do not see a fatal error message upon checking your post sale. Please try clearing your cache and restarting your browser -- let us know if you continue to get this error.

After hitting the orange tab the only one highlighted is the incoming(it says 2 new messages) when i open this it says no messages.All my other filter ones say "0" messages.I will restart to find out about the fatal message, NOTE i just had an add block installed (ad-ware-6.0) could thid be a problem. thank you andy
The 'payment-rec' inbox is highlighted. It has 10 messages and says 1 is new. If it doesn't look like that to you, please clear your cache and refresh the page. You may need to restart your browser too.

Hi After hitting the orange tab im told there are 2 new messages.When i hit incoming im told there are no message. ALL the filter have no new messages.I havent received a email in 2 days.there has to be some! WHERE thank you andy
When you hit Customer Manager you should see an Inbox tab and a list of folders you created for your messages. Do you not see the 'payment-rec' folder?
