I have been getting a few emails from customers that state "I have did not get a payment received notice from you...".
I thought the Vendio system automatically sent notices when ever we mark an item as paid? Is this true?
Have you had any email problems in the last week or so?
I've checked your settings, and you have your payment received notice automatically checked. What are the item numbers where customers didn't get the notice?

I have no idea whether this customer of ours actually got an email from vendio saying that they "received payment" or not... but this is the item number in question: 4312076776
It should have gone out to them, since step 3 was checked off when the payment recorded in your account. We haven't been having any issues regarding payment lately. It's possible that the customer has a high junk mail filter on, and that the notice of payment received could have been moved into a junk mail folder.
