I have an auction that says "Error" when I want to perform an UPI and get a FVF credit from eBay.
I clicked on "Error" and it says:

"The Update Dispute failed to be submitted at the auction site.
The explanation given for the error was:
Error trying to match the DisputeId (2)
Please try resending the Update Dispute for this listing."
---------------------------------
The item in question is 3823742320.
Is there any way I can issue FVF for this item? The auction winner will not respond to emails and has not paid for the auction he/she won.
