Hi. One of my 2 invoices for auction wins that arrived today ended up in bulk mail. Both were from the aw-ebay email address for invoices routinely sent out. When I discovered the one in my bulk mail I hit cancel for the no reply and tried to indicate it was not bulk mail to resore it. The default screen instead of reinstating it gave an error message that there was no email address attached to the message so it could not be reinstated (?!). When I cancelled out of the bulk mail screen with still several left that had not been deleted, they were then deleted anyway. Why did only one of the invoices with identical email addresses from ebay get mishandled by CM, and why was I not able to prevent the deletion? Thanks.

Immediately after I posted this above, I sent a copy to myself of a question to the seller email I sent off the ebay listing link. The copy had the usual aw-confirm ebay email address and it was put by CM into my bulk mail. This is not a blocked address in my filters and it has not been a problem til today. I was able to restore it and it is now in my regular inbox where you can look at it if you need to. Why is important auction relaed ebay mail suddenly going into the CM bulk email category? thanks.
I checked your CM per your request and couldn't find the email in your Incoming email box. Is it located there or in another one of your folders? I am not sure why one was directed to bulk email and the other directed to the proper area, however I would like to suggest creating a filter for the aw-confirm email that moves those emails to a specific folder as this will ensure proper placement.
