Is there a way to create a default email such as faq's to my customers that is automatically sent in response to their questions (which are usually the same questions over and over)? Also, if that is possible, suppose that the faq email doesn't help a customer, is there a way for their second email to bypass that filer? The reason I am asking is because I have heard of this but I can't figure it out. Thanks.
Customer Manager has an auto-response feature that you can turn on, however it will send out to every email. You can set up your auto responder in your My Account tab -- click on the Auto Response link. I hope this helps!
