I'm trying out CM. So far it is intuitive, to a degree anyway. However, I can't for the life of me figure out how to forward an email (i.e., send a copy of an email I've received to someone other than the sender).

Where's the hidden button? Please don't tell me there isn't one... that would be too silly.

Thanks in advance,
Claude

There is no forward button. You can hit reply and then change the email address.

Thanks Darin, that makes sense. I guess then you mark it for follow-up (since it will be marked as not "new" when you "respond".

Just in case you wonder why I would need to be doing something like this, we run an eBay Drop Center (i.e., consignment-type business). Frequently someone will make an offer to end an auction at a price (i.e., a belated buy-it-now) which we then have to forward to the item's actual owner to see if they're interested. It's much easier to simply forward the offer rather than rekeying it (or even copy and paste).

You might want to consider adding a straight-forward forward button (pun intended).

Thanks,
Claude
