At least 50% of the time that I get an email from someone who contacted me through eBay, I want to look at the actual auction. However, the link inside CM doesn't work. So, I have to copy the auction number into my pasteboard, go to an open eBay IE page, and paste it in.

Why doesn't the link work and save me (and other CM users) this wasted time/effort?

Thanks in advance.
Claude

There are two views for the Customer Manager. There's a split screen and tab based screen. In the first type of view you'll see the in coming message and the out going message. In the second type of screen you'll have to click the tab to toggle between the out going and in coming messages. When you are looking at the out going message, you will not be able to click the HTML links. These links are not active because the out going message is a text field and not active HTML. However, in the if coming message has HTML links in it, you will be able to click the links.
To solve your problem, either use your work around or change your view in the CM prefernces (or you can click the incoming message tab).
