Is anyone else having a problem with it taking forever to have e-mails open? About 1-2% of the time I have no problem and they open fast, but usually it takes forever or sometimes they never open, especially if the sender's address is eBay's or aw-confirm.

Hi Angela,
We recommend you clear your browser cache and refresh your page. If this doesn't help, please let us know if those emails contain attachments or graphics as those could slow the opening of the email.
