Is there some way to compose a new email starting directly from a customer's email address in the customers database rather than copying the email address there, then going to mail and pasting it into a new email? Thanks.
Unfortunately, the ability to email a customer directly from the customer database is not possible - however, if you click the "To" link in the compose message field you will see your customer list. There is no need to copy/paste the customer's email address from one area to the other.
