Hello,
There is no explicit "delete" function in Customer Manager as all messages are stored for future reference. When you reply to a message, the message is removed from your inbox and stored by the Response of your choice. If you do not want to reply to a message, you can remove it from your inbox by pressing "No Reply". Then, the message will be removed from your inbox and stored under the "Not Categorized" response, where it can be viewed if necessary.

What do you mean by, looking in a box -- do you mean folders? You might want to categorize messages you respond to. When you reply the message disappears from the inbox it is in but you can find it in Sent Messages as it is now attached to the response you sent.
