apparently it imports data from the sales manager, but if i am not using sales manager at all ('cos I'm more used to selling manager pro on ebay), will it be a lot less effective than it is supposed to be in actual usage?
stupid question you may think, but I'm on my trial period so may like to hear comments from you guys before giving myself sometime to accustom to it.
It's convenient if you are a Sales Manager user, but you aren't missing a whole lot if you just use Customer Manager itself. The biggest benefit of having both is being able to manage everything from one website (auction sales and communications with customers) but it's not less effective if you use just Customer Manager.
