In order to reduce the amount of window switching / logging-in with Vendio, I am using the Firefox browser much more than IE these days. However, the right-side pane in CM (i.e., the reply pane) shows the HTML text rather than the result (e.g., I see "<br>" rather than a line break).
Is there anything I can do?
An unrelated topic, but rather than start a new thread, I thought I bring it up here: if I'm in the Fulfillment area, and click on a customer email, it brings me to MS Outlook for email rather than CM. Any way to fix that?

Hi there,
It sounds like Firefox is unable to resolve the HTML contained in the email. Our services are optimized for use with Internet Explorer and Netscape - I will log the issue, but I'm not sure when we would be able to resolve it. In the meantime, maybe setting your preferences to display text only would help.
As far as the Outlook issue, I believe this is a setting in Windows. You would need to change the default email program (I am not sure how to do this, or even if it can be set to open a website. ) You might want to check with Microsoft tech support to see if this can be done.

Thanks Diana,
You might want to consider expanding your support/optimization to Firefox. It is gaining market share quickly, and has been recommended by many IT departments because of its greater security than IE. It is also considerably quicker and easier to use when going back and forth between Fulfillment, Customer Manager, etc. in Vendio (it has tabs within one session rather than separate sessions like IE has).
