I am new to customer manager and i would like to know if there is a way to preview messages before i send them. I do not see any option other than sending myself a test email first jsut to see what it looks like. thanks for any help!

There isn't a way to "preview" emails you hand type to customers.
If you wish to change, edit, or preview the automatic post sale emails, follow this:
Go to My Account -> Sales Manager -> Post Sale Management. You will be able to edit the text in all notices, and you may utilize the identifiers outlined on the righthand side of the page to personalize your notes. Please be sure to save your changes when finished by clicking the "Save" button.
