While trying to upload the Vendio XPress Image Publishe, I get this error message THE WINDOWS INSTALLER SERVICE could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance. Can anyone help me please? I am not running in Safe Mode, I did check that first but I don\'t understand the rest of it. Thank you, Cindy

Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
If the problem is still not fixed, either reapply the latest service pack or repair the operating system.
