I am trying to use HTML to set up my post receipt messages. The HTML works on the preview but when I send it to myself as a test...I get the HTML code on the e-mail...not the proper note. Can you help?
Just to clarify, are you saying that when you view the test email you send from Vendio in your own email account, it appears in all code? If so you might want to make sure you've set up your email account to view messages in HTML. Your CM account is set up this way so you should be able to read all emails in HTML format.
No...I am trying to send out a newsletter by using the post receipt notice. It isn't working. I have input all my information in HTML BUT when I send it to any address it comes through as HTML only.
