Is there any way to turn off the "add to customers list" after you respond to an email. I don't keep track of my customers. I don't market to them. It is just one additional click, but if I add up the time it takes to bring up that screen, click Cancel, and get back to the main screen, it adds up.
If it is not an option, can you please make it one?
Unfortunately there is no option in place to turn that off each time you respond to emails. It should stop asking you to do it if you already have them in your database. I'll go ahead and log a suggestion for you.
