We have had a filter for 3 years with Customer Manager that allows all our ebay questions to go to a "Questions" folder. It seemed odd that we were getting no questions with almost 600 auctions up...and then I checked "My ebay" and we have questions galore. We are frantically answering a weeks worth of questions no with only hours before they close. What the hell happened. We have made no changes on our end???

Hello immages,
It seems that you have more than 5000 blocked addresses in your Customer Manager profile. Note that all the emails from these addresses will not go to your defined folders, but to the Bulk folder, regardless of any message rule you create. Please check your Bulk folder and you'll notice there are several messages containing the word 'Question' in the subject, all coming from the address [email protected], which is on your blocked list.

very confused on how we start getting questions from members again. We have many, many, many blocked messages because of the amount of spam we are getting. Why would all messages with the word "question" in it be blocked when/if we blocked an individual email with the word "question" in it...it does not make sense. Am I to assume that if we blocked an email address (i.e. [email protected]) that any email with the word vendio would be blocked. At this point we would like to unblock any and all messages that are in the blocked folder. With over 5,000 this would take us forever. What are your suggetions.

the only email with the word "question" in it was "[email protected]" is that the reason we were getting no questions from ebay? I have deleted that email from blocked list, but still have no idea if this will resolve the problem.

Hello,
Blocking an email address would not block emails that come in with that word simply in the subject line.
Vlad was simply saying that you had the email address '[email protected]' in your blocked list, which means all of the questions that come in for you were being blocked and sent to the bulk mail folder.
We put this address in your safe accepted list instead, and you now have 50+ messages in your 'questions' folder to be addressed.
