Are you only getting this message for Hotmail addresses? Is this in your post-sale section? Exactly where and how are you sending these emails when you receive this message? Also, please try sending a test email to one of these addresses through your personal email account, and let us know if it goes through successfully.

I am having this same problem. I just tried sending a message to a hotmail account from my other email address and it went thru fine. So it appears to be a vendio problem. I get the same returned email everytime I send a WBN or answer a question to a hotmail account. The problem started yesterday. I sent a message to a hotmail account in the morning and it went fine, sent another message to the same hotmail account in the afternoon and it would not go thru.
This is the error I get.

It seems to be intermittant- it was working fine earlier today- and then I got 4 or 5 returned in a row, I'm not sure if its Vendio or Hotmail
It appears that the emails are being bounced-back from hotmail. I've sent a request for our IT folks to take a look into this on our side. We'll keep you posted on what we find out.
