I am currently using the buyer appreciation to send messages to bidders. This is the only vendio product that I use. My question is this: If a buyer signs up for my newsletter via the link on the email sent, where does the email address go? Do they go into the customer manager?
Also, is there a way to use the customer manager as a stand-alone product if I use another auction management program?
If your buyer signs up for your newsletter via the link in the email, then you will be able to see this information by going to "Buyer Appreciation" --> "Mailing List".
You can use Customer Manager without also using Vendio to list. However, you would not be able to automatically import data into Customer Manager. You would need to manually enter the customer information.
