Am I the only one who experiences slow responses or timeouts on Customer Manager? Vendio servers on the whole are a bit slow, but useable; even so, trying to process my emails at times is like pulling teeth! I wish that Vendio could do something about this!

Hello there,

The slowness you noticed was due to some technical issues we experienced related to the daylight savings time changeover. The issue has been resolved and you should not be experiencing any slowness at this time. Please let us know if this continues.

It continues this morning (Wednesday). Most of Vendio's services are running OK, but I can't even use Customer Manager!

Hello Kevin,

Thank you for letting us know. There have been a few other reports of slowness this morning and we are working with the engineering team to track its cause and correct it ASAP.

Please let us know if you notice any changes in this behavior.

Christopher, I can't even get to Customer Manager, and I'm very frustrated! If I can't answer my customer's questions, it's going to hurt my business! Is there any way to forward Incoming emails from today to another email address? If so, perhaps you can forward to [email protected]. Please let me know.

Kevin,

We can setup your Customer Manager to automatically forward to a different address if you would like, just let us know.

Unfortunately at this time you would be unable to do so yourself in your preferences.

Note that the issues that caused last nights issues have been resolved and we are working to ensure this isn't an issue again.
