Customer manager has been sooooo slow today. I understand why the other services would be bogged down on a listing day but why customer manager. I have lost numerous sales when my customers sent me questions and I didn't answer they took their business elsewhere. It is take 4 hours for messages to get to me. When will this be fixed.

Customer Manager was impacted by the latency yesterday, and there is an ongoing issue that we're investigating as well. Are you still seeing this latency today, or has it cleared?
