I have posted this message as a reply to someone else's complaint, but realize that I may not get any response unless I give this message it's own topic. I know I don't look at this board often, because I've been discouraged by canned responses from Vendio's staff, promising fixes but never delivering. However, I hope that the few people who actually use Customer Manager will take the time to back me up if they are experiencing similar problems (and they must be). Please see my original message below, responding to a 17 day old canned reply by Nathan:
You always say the same thing to everyone, but this issue never gets fixed! I have had emails blocked by all members of the AT&T conglomerate for months, including att.net, sbcglobal.net, bellsouth.net, pacbell.net, etc., because they have blocked the Vendio IP address! The only way I can communicate with my customers is through eBay, which defeats the purpose of Customer Manager. To add insult to injury, I am being bombarded by random spam Vendio emails that apparently get through the filter because they have a Vendio.com email address! I'm sure Vendio isn't sending me emails about male enhancement or phony degrees, so it would seem that Vendio should be able to filter all unregistered Vendio.com email addresses into the Bulk Mail file. Surely a company with the experience that Vendio has can figure out how to clean up this mess! We need Vendio to fix this NOW, not a promise of an 'escalation' that provides no solution.
Our team is working on a permanent fix for this issue, Vs having to always keep unblocking ourselves from the carriers that have poor/slow processes for removing a blacklist entry. If we can get some specific details as to the new system for keeping ourselves off of these lists, we will post back to this or your most recent thread on this topic at that time.
