Vendio recently WITHOUT WARNING discontinued our customer manager email. Has any one else experienced this.

We were then given the run around by Vendio's customer service. We need to export of customer list (because of Vendio's action) but they are being VERU un-helpful. We have been with Vendio for over 15 years and they are being just awful.

Thank you for writing in. We unfortunately had to discontinue our Customer manager email service due to certain technical issue beyond our control. We really apologize for the inconvenience. A credit of $60.98 was issued to your bill to offset the Customer manager fees. A support ticket has been filed for your customer list the reference id is: VEND-29. Please use this for future references to this issue. We will be sending you this file shortly.
