I have email addresses I would like to add to my mailing lists. When I just went to my mailing list and clicked "add" I received pop-up of addys from I know not where. But there is no option to add an "outside" address.
I know I can go to my Vendio store and just add the addy to the "customer join" email option but then that addy gets added to one of the many folders within my customer lists (I have around 70,000 addresses). I don't want to hunt for it.
I have a category of customers called "ADM 2013". How do I add a new address to that list?
And how to I direct the email addresses entered by visitors to my Vendio site to a given folder?

Thank you for writing in. To add an email address to a mailing list, you would first have to create a new customer.
To create a new customer from go to:
Customer Manager> Customers page, Then click the "New" button to create a new customer and add the contact details
You can add the customer to a mailing list from here itself or once created the customer name would show up in the pop up to add to a mailing list when creating a new list.
To add addresses to a specific list
Go to Customer Manager> Customer> Mailing lists, Then click the Add button to select the customers to add to the list.
You can use Filters to route your inbound messages to the appropriate Inboxes. Use the Filter Manager to create, edit, delete and enable/disable your Filters.
