has anyone been able to participate in the yahoo chats? i've gone there several times now an there is noting there.

I was there and left because they were not taking any of my civilized questions. Okay, they were civilized until I realized I was typing in my 30th ignored question! Their answers to just the few questions they took were pat and uniformative. They are not listening; they do not care.
