First of all, I'm thoroughly impressed with all the hard work everyone is doing and it is making a difference to us all.
Secondly, I have had to reevaluate some of my ideas of how we could pull this off and still stay organized - my idea was to confine everything to one thread so it wasn't all scattered about but I was wrong. The individual threads, per alternative site considered, is an excellent one.
Thirdly, I don't feel I have the expertise that some of you do to judge another site so the purpose of this thread is to find out what criteria you are using to judge (what is important to your business) the prospective sites? Has anybody contacted the sites they are posting about to check out their customer service and their willingness to work with, say, a group of sellers, should we decide to unite in a CO-OP(as Ray as so many times suggested)?
I, myself and looking at whether the categories will easily support what I sell. At how attractive and buyer friendly a sight appears. Ease of maneuverability. Whether TRUE Customer Service exists (or not). Is there a Feedback transfer option available or will it be considered.
I believe, with the number of people who have demonstrated their desire to work on this, we will make a difference. And, the possibility of a group impact is imminent even if it involves a handful of sites.

I try but there is this one user who lives to destroy the thread. Did you read the C.E.O message today. Here is the link. www.lowestbids.com/info/pledge.asp

KML - you're dealing with a lot more density here than you realize (smile-because I don't know how to make those smiley faces like everybody else does). Therefore, my reply to you is ??? I'm supposing I should understand what you're trying to tell me. Nonetheless, I read it briefly (1st para) but have to leave the office to go EAT. Be back after a bit. Thanks!

KML - I think I understand what you mean now. How's that happen???? Talk about freedom of speech being infringed upon...

I think there is politics going on here. Check the moderators corner for solplyr's question to the moderators on what is going on here. I believe they do not want this site talked about here. Kind of makes you wonder. Let see if they delete this post because of what I said.
