Please also understand our position. Although we are in the process of hiring more moderators, we do not monitor the message center at all times, and there may be times when something slips through the cracks or is not seen right away. There may be times when one Moderator may be asked to explain the reasoning of another, and cannot do so. We know that moderation is never going to be perceived as completely fair. We do assure you, however, that we will make every attempt to be as fair and even-handed as possible.
That said, I hope that you will respect the Guidelines, and have compassion for your fellow AW members and AW staff members. We truly appreciate your contributions, and value your membership in our community.
